Exercise :)

fuuu ~ Just finished my exercise :D 
btw, good morning ! X)
am feeling erm .. sweaty . lol ~ not really actually. 
I only did 20 minute of exercise. will add up the time slowly :D
Lovelies, don`t overdo yourself while exercise okay ~ *remember to consume water, it`s better NOT cold* :)
do only 30 minute of exercise as maximum everyday! for fitness .
but if you want to build up muscle or biceps , maybe you can do more than 30 minute? 
lol .. I x tau loe =X
 cause am now start getting my ass back on exercising for my health & fitness :)
ohh ~ and of course I wanna build up nice body figure :P 
lalalaaa ~ xD
I set my goal time for half year . 
don`t rush yourself , or else things will turn out not what you want . :)
hopefully, there`s a tiny result in a month ? teehee ~  

what exercise I did?

this one loe :)
I have this gym machine in my house so I don`t need to head to clubhouse for exercise anymore :P
actually I had it long ago = = it`s just am too lazy to touch it xD
ohh . I did stretching for around 5 minute too :) 
just do it to erm .. have more reflexive body = =? 
ahaaa .. cause I can`t SPLIT anymore !! this is shyt man ! damn embarrassing !
half year didn`t exercise only , now what also can`t do !
